The chosen plan is activated automatically after the payment has been processed successfully. All plans that can be purchased on this website does not have automatic renewal. Each period of validity of the plan is clearly indicated in the price tables visible before the purchase.

You can pay with all the most popular payment cards, such as Visa and Mastercard. If you use an Apple device, you can pay using Apple Pay. Payments by bank transfer or other offline payments are not accepted. All transactions are processed by Paddle.

Your plan automatically ends on the expiration date, based on duration you choose in the purchase process. Unless the plan is manually renewed by you, you will not be charged any amount other than what you have already paid in the purchase process. Amounts already paid for the current plan will not be refunded.

Paddle will charge tax on your Peeping Cloud subscription purchase, in accordance with the tax laws of the country or state you are located in and based on the information you provide at checkout.

If you provide information at checkout that exempts you from tax, such as an EU VAT number, if you are an EU-based business, Paddle will calculate the total amount deducting VAT from the amount you owe pay. If you need to provide additional information to request an exemption or refund, you can do so by contacting Paddle after the purchase has been completed, by replying to the email received from Paddle.

Once the purchase is complete, Paddle will send you an email with a payment receipt. If you need to make changes or have a question about the invoice, you can contact Paddle directly by replying to the email received from Paddle after purchasing the subscription.

Paddle is the official reseller of Peeping Cloud, therefore all payments for Peeping Cloud subscriptions will be made through Paddle. The Peeping Cloud subscription can only be purchased from Paddle, via the links available on this website. Paddle is the entity responsible for delivering and activating the subscription, once the purchase is complete.

No, it's not possible. There are several complications to selling software and digital services online. It would be impossible for us to comply with all tax regulations necessary to fulfill billing obligations in all countries and territories in which the Peeping Cloud subscription can be purchased. For this reason we rely on Paddle, our partner who takes care of all payments, automatic renewals and invoicing for us. Payment methods outside Paddle are therefore not accepted, without exception.
